Delivered in partnership with Colchester Institute, this on-
the-job study programme also leads to an approved
qualification in HR.
Who is this apprenticeship for?
A new or developing staff member who provides the
delivery of HR solutions and advice typically to mid-level
and senior managers. They could be in a generalist role
or a specialist role likely to be Resourcing, Reward or HR
Operations.

Entry Requirements?
Grade C (4) or above in Maths and English as part of five
GCSEs A-C grades or comparable qualification as well as
an informal interview and successful completion of initial
assessment.

Additional Information

Apprentices or their employers must pay for the
student’s CIPD membership

Employers must commit to supporting the
