CIPD QUALIFICATIONS Based on the new CIPD Profession Map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work. These new qualifications set the international standard for people professionals. Delivered at three levels, they are designed to help develop you at every stage of your career. Choose from: • Foundation level: aimed at those starting out in HR or L&D, or working in a support role. Successful completion leads to Foundation Membership of the CIPD • Associate level: aimed at those already working in HR or L&D, and looking to develop their knowledge and skills. Successful completion leads to Associate Membership of the CIPD • Advanced level: aimed at experienced professionals, looking to advance to a strategic level, and aspiring to become a Chartered Member. Successful completion leads to Associate Membership of the CIPD.

Blue Sky deliver these qualifications through blended learning with a choice of face-to-face or online, all including: • Face to face or online live interactive workshop sessions, approximately once a month • Self study learning materials for each unit, study at your own pace • Ongoing tutorial support via face-to-face or online meetings, telephone and email • Workshop and tutorial venues in Norwich and Colchester, and online • Assessed via unit assignments • Several start dates throughout the year
